Totally don't believe in tenure for teachers. I think it's bad for kids, professional development, and society in general.
Still, it's a pretty cool thing to have!

I have numerous teachers in my family - many in California. I remember when each went from hating all those teachers that had tenure to feeling guilty that they had tenure but not being willing to give it up.
